Who we are
ASYO comes from AStormyOcean, a truly evocative name! It has a poetic and dynamic touch, reflecting the power of nature and the contrast between strength and calm, just like the combination of sauna and cold plunge. Plus, it carries an even deeper meaning, as it comes from the names of our children, making it even more special and personal.
We are a sporty couple dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. Our journey into contrast therapy began when we were living in Los Angeles, and we immediately fell in love with the long-term benefits it brought us: a stronger, more resilient body, a sharper mind, and a deep sense of discipline and determination.
Fascinated by its effects, we immersed ourselves in books, research, and personal experimentation. Over time, contrast therapy became more than just a routine, it became a way of life. That’s when we decided to create our dream recovery center.
A place where the moment you step in, you feel connected to the elements: heat, water, cold, wood, and nature. A sanctuary designed to transport you to a different state of being, where both body and mind can reset, recharge, and grow stronger.
