Traditional finnish sauna

Our Finnish sauna is crafted using locally sourced Portuguese wood, chosen for its natural durability, purity, and warm aesthetic. Designed to reach temperatures of 100°C and beyond, it offers an authentic, high-heat sauna experience rooted in Nordic tradition and refined through modern wellness standards.

The intense dry heat helps stimulate circulation, support detoxification through deep sweating, and promote muscle recovery and relaxation. Regular sauna sessions are known to reduce stress, ease joint and muscle tension, and support overall cardiovascular health.

At ASYO, the sauna is more than heat, it’s a controlled environment for reset and restoration, where minimal design meets powerful physiological benefits.

Cold plunges

At ASYO, our recovery experience includes two cold plunges, each designed to comfortably fit two people, allowing for both individual and shared sessions.

One plunge is maintained at 15°C, ideal for beginners and active recovery, while the second is set at 7°C, offering a deeper cold exposure for more experienced users seeking intensified benefits.

Cold immersion is known to reduce inflammation, support muscle recovery, and stimulate circulation. It can also help improve mental resilience, enhance focus, and support the nervous system by activating the body’s natural stress-response mechanisms.

Used alone or in contrast with our Finnish sauna, the cold plunge becomes a powerful tool for physical recovery and mental clarity: simple, controlled, and highly effective.

Infra-Red light

Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural recovery and regeneration processes. At ASYO, this therapy is designed to help reduce muscle soreness, ease joint stiffness, improve skin tone, and promote overall relaxation. The light penetrates the skin to stimulate cellular energy production, which can enhance circulation, support collagen synthesis, and accelerate post-workout recovery. It is a gentle, calming experience that complements sauna and cold exposure, helping the body restore balance, recharge, and perform at its best.
